Shipping
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. If for some reason this can not be done, I will contact you and let you know. I make every single piece ourselves, by hand, from raw materials – you are not getting factory-made.
Items are shipped in a padded mailer envelope or cardboard box. Each kit is housed in a fiber bag.
I ship to the United States only at this time.
Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are exempt from any free shipping promotions. Priority shipping rates will apply to all orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, but orders will ship via Standard Ground.
You will receive an email confirmation with order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you. Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Loom, Needle, & Wheel LLC will not be responsible for stolen or unretrieved orders if a package shows delivered. We ask that you please closely monitor delivery of your shipment. If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do our best to rectify the situation! The process for investigating lost items is to contact the carrier and open an investigation. However, please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace an item sooner than this.
Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed if made same business day as the order if the item has not already shipped and you have received a shipping confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer a 10 day full refund for return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it.
I do not accept responsibility for repaying shipping charges.
Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control.
Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
- when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
- if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
- as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
- Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.
